Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 24 July 2025
At CilliX-co Pty Ltd, we aim to provide you with efficient service and personalized NFC smart products. Because of the custom nature of our offerings, cancellations are subject to the terms below:
❌ Order Cancellations
✅ You may cancel your order only if:
• The order has not yet entered production or printing.
• The digital profile (e.g., MedAlert or Business Card landing page) has not been activated.
To request cancellation, email cillix.co@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Note: Once production, personalization, or digital profile setup has begun, the order is no longer cancellable or refundable.
🔄 Subscription / Hosting Cancellations
Our digital profile hosting (e.g., MedAlert) is billed annually unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel your renewal at any time before your next billing cycle.
• Cancellations will not result in a refund for unused time remaining on an active subscription.
• Profile deactivation will take place at the end of your billing period.
To cancel hosting, email cillix.co@outlook.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.
🧾 Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom branded orders (e.g. for companies, resellers, or events) cannot be cancelled once:
• Design has been approved.
• Production has started.
For bulk order cancellation inquiries, contact your sales rep directly or email cillix.co@outlook.com.
⚠ Failure to Cancel
If a cancellation is not received in time, the order or subscription will proceed as scheduled and full charges will apply.
