CilliX-co offers digital and physical solutions, including but not limited to:
• NFC Smart Business Cards
• MedAlert Emergency Cards & Wristbands
• NFC-enabled landing pages and digital profiles
• Reseller solutions and bulk orders
• Subscription and profile hosting services
All products and services are provided subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. - Ordering and Payment
3.1. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online or via approved sales channels. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
3.2. Payment Terms
• Accepted payment methods include EFT, SnapScan, Paystack, and Payfast.
• Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless a written agreement exists.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Subscription Fees
For digital profiles and NFC hosting, annual or monthly fees apply. Renewal notices will be sent prior to billing. - Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Local deliveries (South Africa) are typically fulfilled within 3–7 working days.
• You will be responsible for any additional customs or import duties for international orders.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or pickup. - Returns and Refunds
5.1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items. Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized or encoded items are non-refundable unless faulty.
5.2. Process
To request a return, email cillix.co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be in unused condition.
5.3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. - Reseller Terms
Resellers must apply and be approved to qualify for bulk pricing.
By becoming a reseller, you agree to:
• Adhere to CilliX-co pricing structures and brand guidelines
• Not misrepresent product functionality
• Ensure data privacy of clients registered through your account
• Pay per activated profile, regardless of whether the item is sold as a combo or individually
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts that breach our terms. - Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, product images, and software on this site are the property of CilliX-co Pty Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website or services without express written permission. - Medical Disclaimer
CilliX-co MedAlert Cards and Wristbands are designed to assist first responders and emergency personnel by providing access to emergency profiles.
These products:
• Do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Are reliant on signal/data for full functionality unless otherwise stated
• Must be kept updated by the cardholder for accuracy
CilliX-co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on the information provided via these products. - Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with South Africa’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). We will never sell or disclose your data without consent, except as required by law.

CilliX-co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Device incompatibility
• Any harm arising from misuse or misinterpretation of the product
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the product or service in question. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. - Governing Law
